The staff were welcoming and pleasant, and the atmosphere was special, mainly due to the staff. I had a double room and it was panoramic with a view.

Exceptionally clean place with fantastic view of the lake and dam. Exceptional service from the really helpful, attentive staff members. Plenty of options, excellent food. Comfortable bed and magnificent and beautiful location to Proença-à-Nova to where they have there festivals. Based so close to tennis court as well as the beach.

The rooms are modern and mobility accessible, with a kettle and an adjoining terrace. The breakfast offers variety of coffee and milk.

Impressive and fairly quiet rooms with a work desk, a multi-channel TV, and a living area. Exceptionally comfortable bed and excellent facilities. Super location in a very cosy restaurant, and only about 5 minutes' walk to Pedrogao Pequeno centre.

This small hotel is equal to 4 stars. The food is good with plenty of options, including coffee and milk. As for me location is excellent, next to nature and tennis court, Nossa Sra da Confiança sanctuary and local traditional shops.

marvellous location in a nice area not far from the ocean as well as a hill overlooking a lake. plus, 10 minutes drive from cabril dam.

The location of this hotel is amazing! Surrounded by stunning scenery, it offers a peaceful and tranquil getaway. The views are absolutely breathtaking and will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home.

the shower in our room wasn't very relaxing due to low water pressure, resulting in frequent changes in water temperature. the bath towels provided were small and worn, which was a bit of a letdown.

Hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Indoor pool lovely and warm which toddler enjoyed! Nice restaurant with stunning views and staff were helpful. Would recommend this hotel. Lovely sturdy cot provided for the toddler.

Lack of toys in the children's indoor play area! Also don't book the Chapel Room unless you want to be disturbed by the bells ringing every 15 mins - we had to change our bedroom to a quieter room (Panaromic Room) especially as we had a toddler.

We had a fantastic family weekend at Hotel Da Montanha. The indoor pool and spa facilities were a hit with the children, and we loved the beautiful exterior pool and deck, even though we couldn't use it due to the snow. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, especially with the children. The restaurant had spectacular views of the river, and the food was delicious. We are already planning to make this hotel our annual friends' meeting place. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children.

I like almost all, the view, the food at the hotel restaurant and the relax time the envronment arround provide. The massage service was also good.

I'm disappointed with the SPA circuit, they should implement some improvements in SPA machinery, like Sauna. All the circuit is very poor for my expectations.

Wonderfull location on top of a hill with magnificant view. Very good breakfast buffet (although the coffee was mostly cold). Nice swimming pool with relaxing chairs that always offer awsome view. Very peacefull and quiet.

The swimming pool area needs some ernovation (wooden terrace floor)

Everything was exceptionally clean and nice. The location was stunning to Proença-à-Nova to where they have there festivals. Besides, it was so close to the bar/restaurant, local traditional shops and bars and Portugal has to offer. The local staff was efficient and caring.

Queen room with a view. Stunning and marvellous location next to Nossa Sra da Confiança sanctuary with views of the lake and dam. Also - near to a restaurant in the nearest town, the old church, and hiking trails.
