The garden on the first floor roof of this small hotel is part of its antique charm and coziness. The interiors have lovely wood and brass accents that add to the warmth of the property. The sleeping rooms all have impressive high ceilings and are quite spacious. This hotel is a wonderful oasis of calm in the middle of a very busy hectic city.

Overview

Hotel D’Este is a boutique-style property located within walking distance of the Termini railway station and a metro stop. The closest landmark is the Basilica Saint Maggiore, however such ‘musts’ as Coliseum, Spanish steps, Opera house and fashionable Via Veneto are also reachable on foot.

This functional and modern hotel is set in a traditional Roman building and has simple yet elegant interior design and all necessary comforts to make your stay pleasant.

The guestrooms are meticulously clean and appointed with air conditioning, bathroom, hairdryer, safe, minibar, and TV.

Complimentary contintental buffet with a lot of choice is served for the guests’ enjoyment in the lovely garden. There is also an on-site bar.

Just across the street and wifi available in the lobby.
Furthermore a buffet style breakfast was served in a pleasant dining area, the staff were friendly and efficient, beds were large and comfortable.

The location near to the main station was great, we needed a hotel for one night, as we were just passing through and staff were friendly and helpfull at all times. The bathroom was clean as was the bedding, the buffet breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from.

The location was very good and the room was clean and the hotel was well located for visiting the centre of Rome. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was typical Italian.

The bathroom was filthy and the elevator was quite old and felt unsafe.

Central location and perfectly near to Termini Station. Hotel is fairly clean, for the price you could do better than this in Rome and china town is 2 blocks to the west and we enjoyed the cheap shopping. The staff could not have been more helpful, ooo yeh our room, didn't have a bath, just shower.
