      • Great location, the new town also easily accessible and the indoor pool was a welcome treat at the end of a long day hiking in the mountains.
      • Personnel were very helpful, our room was spacious and breakfast was fine.
      • Nice relax centre, in an excellent part of Zakopane that is close to good walks and highly recommended - we are not the typical American tourists.

        Great location for skiinig and fortunately, Czarny Potok's street is nice and quiet. The hotel is very well situated, close to the town centre and access to the mountains, the staff are very friendly, helpful, free wifi in the rooms make the whole experinece unforgettable. Fridge everything to make comfortable.

        Friendly staff quiet location pool, wonderful hotel and the front desk was extremely helpful and engaging. The room was great and breakfast was fine. Spa amenities were excellent.

        In a great location near centre of Zakopane and family friendly hotel. Personnel were very helpful and room was beautiful. The toilet wouldn't flush and a light bulb had blown, the breakfast was fantastic.
