I loved the location of this hotel as it was just a short walk away from the beach and the city centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my check-in experience a breeze. My room was lovely and clean with modern facilities like a fridge and flat TV. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a balcony in my room where I enjoyed my breakfast each morning with a stunning sea view.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel near the beachfront. The location was absolutely perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were met. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, with a spacious terrace to relax on and a small fridge for convenience. The breakfast was outstanding, with delicious homemade jams that added a special touch to the meal.

I couldn't find anything to fault during my stay. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Good location at good price. Comfortable room. Nice to stay at a hotel with an elevator. Room had A/C which was a good thing as it was very warm out.

Parking was a proble

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, very close to everything, comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here, and if I was ever to go back to Juan les Pins, I would stay here again.

The beds were relatively new and comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was excellent, just steps away from a well-kept beach. the air conditioning was great, with a separate remote control, which was handy during the night.

The bathroom shower room was cramped and had a slight smell. The shower curtain also had an unpleasant odor.

The location and off-season price were excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and one of the owners speaks English. There is a fantastic bakery just around the corner, and it has a better location and view than most of the other budget hotels in the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the ac worked fine.

The lift is very tiny, so our medium-sized baby stroller just barely fit. The towels and shower curtain could stand to be replaced.

Clean little hotel in a four star town on the Riviera. Nice people, not fancy, but a great value. Supermarkets within a block, 2 minutes to the beach. We'll be back.

This hotel is a true gem hidden by the beach. The value for money is unbeatable, with reasonable prices and attention to detail throughout. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms, especially those with a terrace, offer a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The homemade jam at breakfast is a delightful touch, adding a taste of local flavor to start the day.

Great location. 2Nd floor balcony with small table and chairs overlooking lively street, with a view toward the bay a half block away. Grocery steps from the hotel. Close to train station (5 minute walk). Pleasant, helpful staff.

Free Wifi was not strong enough to use it in our room. I used it in the lobby.

it smells of mold, especially in the bathroom (like an old room), so we had to leave the windows open in order to get some fresh air in the room

Location of this hotel in the heart of the beach area is awesome. Hotel staff were all very accomodating and bilingual. They did their very best to provide us with ice. Everyone in France can't all prefer warm drinks.

Good location next to the beach and beach boulevard.

Personnel couldn't speak English, but we managed though. Parking was a bit difficult but there's a parking lot of 30 places quite near the hotel.
