This a beautiful hotel, tourist office across the road in the train station building was fantastic and the price was very reasonable.

Excellent location, the hotel is extremly well positioned and the value for the available flexibility of the room is very high.

Spectacular view of the Alps from my room and the Hotel has an excellent location. The staff were helpful, very unsual shower that did amazing things and the restaurant was good too.

As per my experience the location & the staff is excellent and on this morning even already available as from 05.00 especially for the participants of the Luzern marathon. The service is also blazingly fast, good air conditioning.
