View was superb on the old roofs of the city and the staff was polite and helpful.
Well located, near train station and in heart of old town.
Ideal for a city break or short stay, most important for a jet-lagged visitor is the friendliness of the staff and the rooms are clean.

Good location, nice hotel in Bern City Center and the very warm and friendly of two reception guys.

Our room faced a nightclub across the street from us, old bathrooms and limited choices at breakfast.
