One thing I really liked about this hotel was its beautiful decoration. The common areas were tastefully adorned with elegant furniture and lovely artwork. The hotel had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. , the hotel was easily accessible for senior people like me. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy to navigate around the property without any hassle.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. Although they were generally polite, they seemed overwhelmed and busy most of the time.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel by Lake Maggiore. the location was just right - not too far from the town centre, but still close enough to enjoy the beautiful lake views. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were basic but clean, and I had a large balcony with an amazing view of lago Maggiore.

Enjoyed the fabulous views of the lake from the room and the outdoor pool and spa were impressive, perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The staff were helpful and attentive, making our Xmas stay memorable.

While the location was great, it was a little secluded and required some travelling to get to nearby towns. some areas of the hotel were outdated and could use some refurbishment.
