Hotel Colorado Glenwood Springs - 格伦伍德斯普林斯

It's across the street from the pool, so it is in a good location.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and organized a 100 person 2 day conference at this location solely because of the location and the historical draw of the place.

Also on the plus side, the hotel is in a perfect location.

You can walk to the Glenwood Springs Pool, Yampah Vapor Caves and the Tram up to the Glenwood Caverns which was great to travel by foot everywhere!

There is no better place to stay if you are on foot, you can get pretty much everywhere from the Hotel Colorado, and it is especially close to the Hot Springs.

The bathroom is small (but charming) and the bed was a bit on the hard side for me, but the room was clean, had a large closet, and a surprising number of TV channels.

The rooms do have reasonable comforts (private bath, television, phone) but if you just take the elevator to your room, close the door, and emerge to check out the next day you're missing the whole charm of the place.

When we arrived, the toilet in our room was still dirty (yuck), and when we called to change rooms or have them clean the room, they had no other rooms, and the maid just took some water and a rag and wiped the toilet off (no disinfectant.

Very comfortable rooms and the bed was simply perfect.

The service in the restaurant/bar is the worst I have experienced in a long time.

Restaurant and Bar were remodeled and looked great.

Outdoor restaurant and bar areas had also been remodeled.

Breakfast was good and the service fine, although we did notice that when the restaurant started to fill up the staff struggled to keep up.

The food was fantastic, we ate breakfast there every day and the kids ate healthier than they have in weeks.

Service at the front desk was consistently good, the room was very clean and the food was excellent.

The front desk was helpful for recommending other places to eat, the staff was more than willing to help me and the rooms were so extremely hot.

The staff are so charming and willing to go out of their way to be of service.

Great location within hot springs pool, i recommened th Hotel Colorado as an excellent choice and the lobby decorations are tasteful and fresh.

This hotel doen't have any amenities, no pool or spa.

Free car parking is a major plus as well.

Although the hotel has historical value, they need to work on the conditions of their rooms (no bugs, and no shocks from ill wired lamps) and the wireless internet access.

The Historic Hotel Colorado was built in 1893, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean nicely appointed.

The staff is friendly, our room was clean and good sized and we actually loved that they had moved the bar to the patio (for the remodel).
