The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful, service was nice, the rooms were very clean and well laid out for.
The offer of airport pickup was very convenient and made sure that our stay was comfortable.
Great location down the road from the duomo, the rooms are clean and tidy, the hotel nice and quiet, staff is very kind and helpful.

The Hotel Colomba made our two nights in Florence wonderful, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the bathroom was adequate and very clean. Breakfast was good and sufficient.

For a city centre location, the hotel was excellent value and staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and had one double and one single bed and was the largest we had in Italy, breakfast was a good verity and the cappuccino was top notch too.
