The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, from the warm welcome at reception to the excellent service provided by the manager. They made us feel right at home and were always ready to assist with any concerns we had.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of it.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, location in the Pra Loup area and the friendly staff. Parking was easy and transportation was readily available. Breakfast offered a great selection and unlimited drinks with meals were a major plus.

During our stay, we enjoyed various activities such as hiking paths and tennis courts in the area. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the surroundings. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay a pleasant one. We particularly enjoyed the variety of options available at breakfast which never left us wanting.

We found the noise levels in the hotel to be rather high, with kids running around and noisy corridors that made it difficult to sleep.

Great value hotel for a city trip. Breakfast was freshly made and included in the price. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very small and cramped, so it was a struggle to fit our luggage in. The walls were also quite thin, so we could hear noise from other guests.

The weekend was great! The hotel we stayed at had excellent food and a good variety of salads and meats. We loved the all-inclusive package and the incredible value for money. The hotel was located in a beautiful spot, surrounded by stunning nature. We particularly enjoyed going for walks around the area, watching the sunset, and visiting the hot springs. The attention to detail was impressive, with clean and comfortable rooms that had all the basic amenities I needed. The location was also great, with easy access to the slopes and other attractions in the area. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Plus, the breakfast and meals provided were satisfying and there was plenty of variety to choose from.
