Hotel Ciutat De Girona - 赫罗纳

The hotel is in an excellent location, very central and close to (but not next to) many good restuarants and cafes in the older part of the city.

We selected the hotel because of the location close to the city center, the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

The location wonderful, very close to the historical center city.

Got a taxi from the hotel back to the airport (again very efficient) - prices were comparable - approx £20 each way.

We stayed here the first night of our summer holiday arriving at around midnight due to an hour long wait for a taxi at the airport.

Our room was quite large and the bed very comfortable, with an above average bathroom and there was little noise from outside.

The room we had (on the non smoking 4th floor) was sleek, modern, well equipped (eg mini bar, TV, radio/CD player, tea and coffee making facilities, huge bed, security safe etc) and clean.

The rooms have everything you could want, including free internet access, free mini bar (coke, water, beer), large bathrooms, and access to a laptop and printer for your room.

Rooms are average size, but well equipped for a four star with a hi-fi, slippers + robes, king-size bed.

We didn't eat lunch or dinner in the hotel but the restaurant appeared busy, breakfast was well presented and the normal continental fare.

The food in the restaurant is very plain - if that is what you like, great, but this is not a good example of Spanish or Catalun cuisine.

The restaurant is also an external restaurant and so looked like it would be a great place to go for dinner, unfortunately we arrived too late and instead just had breakfast the next morning.

A short walk over the bridge brings you on to La Rambla, here we enjoyed a drink in a great irish bar before our super evening meal of several different courses in one of the many local 'tapas' restaurants, washed down with a few glasses of wine.

The hotel restaurant is very stylish and the inclusive breakfast was above average for continental Europe.

The location was excellent, the hotel was of a very good standard and reception staff were very charming.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were all extremely helpful.

The front desk staff is quite helpful, and is happy to draw a return route on a city map, should you be venturing out by car and returning to the hotel.

In the hotel brochure they make a point of saying that there is complementary sweet Spanish wine and nuts/savoury biscuits in the lobby for guests.

The hotel has no carpark and finding a parking space in the street often takes ages and entails quite a walk.

Although a little hard to find, the parking is not at the hotel but very close by - the hotel is in small cobbled streets which makes getting there a little challenging but the road signs definitely help.

My wireless internet worked but I'm not sure that was through the hotel.

The hotel is nice; the room clean and modern.

The check in was superb, the rooms very impressive and so clean, I would recommend to anyone.

The staff was excellent - helpful and friendly, bathroom were large and spotless.

The staff are pleasant and the room is comfortable and clean.
