The hotel was located conveniently, with a U-bahn station only a 5-minute walk away and the main city center within walking distance. The breakfast served in the conservatory room was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations to explore the city.

I couldn't get an invoice because the staff in the hotel didn't know how to do it, and the person that was in the reception desk was unkind by making me feel as if i was asking for something i didn't have right to ask for.

The breakfast they offered was sensational! This hotel is an amazing base for a trip in Berlin. Everything met what was needed.

The internet connection was poor and unreliable, despite my request for a better connection. The pillow provided was quite uncomfortable, leading to a restless night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Berliner's station, making it easy to access the city center via public transportation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even having a nice little balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering services such as printing and scanning. The breakfast is ample, with a good variety of options to choose from.

The hotel may be located in a residential area, so there may not be many bars or good restaurants nearby.

Quite location, relatively clean, and good value for money compared to other big cities.

We had an "apartment" which was actually a medium-sized hotel room plus a 2-square meter closed kitchen. The bathroom was old and small. I don't know where the pictures shown in the website came from! We had to change the room because the heating didn't work. Internet connection required a password which is strange because it was a wired connection. The Internet connection did not work consistently and lots of services were blocked, probably due to the password-processing proxy site.

My Christmas experience at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The room was very clean and tidy with new comfortable furniture along with other amenities. The staff was accommodating and always willing to help, which made my stay there more satisfying. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a supermarket nearby, making it convenient to run errands or grab food.

I did have some minor complaints about the stay. The breakfast was expensive considering the quality of the meal, which was quite average.

It was very quiet. The apartment was spacious and very nice.

the mattress was not very confortable, but I inverted it and it was better.

Small, fairly pleasant armosphere, good location.

The internet was not working and there was no chance of it being mended until the middle of the following week. My ceiling light was not working and they did not replace the bulb during my 3 day stay. The toilet was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom floor mat was removed and not replaced. Despite being on a quiet street, there was a lot of nose after midnight from cars revving up or parking and people going in and out of the hotel.

The kitchen in the room is well equipped (we had microwaves, coffee facilities..) and saves a lot of money once breakfast in the hotel is quite expensive. There's a supermarket right in front of the hotel. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. Excellent value.

No conditioned air; in summer we had to leave the windows open and outside was very noisy.
