The breakfast was very very good with traditional food and park view, had everything you could want.

Climate control, a safe and multi-channel television in my executive queen room were useful during the stay for business trip. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous and unbeatable and the room was fairly clean.

The room with lounge access was great, and the location was excellent, pretty close to Simpang Lima.

The staff were REASONABLY GOOD and the breakfast was excellent with traditional food.

In the deluxe room, there was a cozy set-up that included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, coffee, and tea-making facilities, along with a work desk.

This hotel is located in a strategic area, right in the center of the city. It's conveniently situated in a shopping mall, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. The attention to detail is evident in the rooms, with their big bathrooms and front window views. The breakfast options are impressive, offering a range of choices including traditional food.

All was well, couldn't have asked for more.

The hotel was really well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and rooms really clean. The bathroom was lovely as well. Basically attached to a shopping centre so a really convenient spot. Staff spoke very good english and service was great. Will stay there again if i visit Semarang!

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing.

I like its location that close to a shopping mall and not far away from the airport. It's very convenient either for business or leisure.

I had to wait quite a long time until the room is ready to check in.

Everything was perfect, had an excellent stay of our visit at ciputra hotel. The location in a very convenient area was magnificent and amazing and there were a shopping area and a supermarket nearby. We had coffee at Susan Cafe & Resto, located within 5 minutes walk. The staff was attentive when needed.

The location is very best place (center of Semarang city) and also especially its in the same building with the mall shopping center.

The hotel's swimming pool doesn,t suite for the children, because its for adult only.

I loved the central location of this hotel, it was very convenient to get around and explore the surrounding area. The mall was just a stone's throw away, and it was fantastic to pop over to the shopping center during my free time. The hotel staff were also super friendly and always willing to help out with arranging transportation - I was even offered a shuttle to the train station for a low fee! The cleanliness of this hotel was also impressive, everything was well-maintained and tidy. Lastly, the breakfast had lots of options, catering to different palates and appetites.

Nothing to fault.

The location of the hotel is really perfect : close to a mall if you are hungry and make some shopping. The service and the staff is really nice. I could enjoy the swimming pool and the water was clean. The room was very large with a good bed and very clean. It was a last minute booking for two days and i really didn t regret my choice ;)

The breakfast had a good variety of Indonesian food and there were many restaurant options nearby. The hotel also had a convenient location in the city center with a shopping center connected to it.

The hotel was old and needed maintenance. The staff at reception were rude and unhelpful, especially towards my wife.
