The hotel is located adjacent to Mall Ciputra Jakarta approximately 40 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

From Soekarno-Hatta International Airport - take the Cengkareng Toll Road, after driving approximately 10 minutes you will see the road will be divided into two rows - Tanjung Priok/Cawang, please take the row to Cawang and afterwards you may exit your driving at Grogol Exit Gate.

Getting around.

  The location is good, hotel staff is weak in answering questions pertaining to Internet Bookeds and from my room window , I noticed that the traffic jam is very heavy near to midnight. The food is in measured amounts and the spa treatment was superb, the Australian expatriate General Manager's warm personality.

  The location is great and the hotel is clean and comfortable. Prices are very good, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very spacious too. The breakfast is the best thing.

  Closed to the airport int' and easy taxi service. The hotel was pleasant and the lobby was cool and spacious. Every minute detail was well thought of by the management and staff were efficient. This room was fantastic and breakfast was good.

  Comfortable and good location, the nearby Alila offers much greater value in my opinion. Ciputra hotel is always enjoyable and the staff is courteous and efficient. The room is beautiful, pizza Hut is about as sophisticated as gets.

  Reasonable acces to airport for business travellers in the city, restaurant is now wonderful place for breakfast/meals and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Good water pressure for shower.

  Internet in business centre is fast and convenient, in my opinion, the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable, service staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

  The spa is very dirty and fill of muddy water, for fitness no of treadmills is limited.
