This luxurious retreat is often frequented by celebrities and is known for its amazing dining, saltwater pool, and impeccable service. There are also private boats that take guests to the Grand Canal. The rooms with views are highly recommended. It's closed from November to early April, and the Palazzo Vendramin next door is closed from early January to mid-March.

Overview

Hotel Cipriani Palazzo Vendramin, a five-star hotel, is located in the most romantic place in the world – Venice. It is easily accessible from the airport and the railway station, as public transportation is well developed, otherwise you can order private transfer.

The hotel consists of two buildings, one of which is Palazzo Vendramin (a 15th-century building). Totally, there are 95 rooms and suites, equipped with luxurious furniture, up-to-date technical equipment, and fashionable bath amenities.

Three restaurants serve Italian and local cuisines; three bars welcome the guests to relax in a pleasant atmosphere.

Four spacious and comfortable meeting rooms can be used by the guests as a place for seminars, conferences, and other social events.

The wellness center offers its services such as massages, various treatments, sauna, fitness center, steam bath etc.

The hotel is located on the tip of Giudecca Island. It is not far from the airport (30 minutes).

Getting there

There are many options of getting to the hotel. Free motor boat service is offered to and from the private dock at Piazzetta San Marco (24 hours a day).

If you arrive to Venice Marco Polo Airport, you can get to the hotel in three ways: by water taxi, by the shared taxi boat service, by bus and then by water taxi. The private transfers to and from the hotel (30 minutes) are provided as well.

Santa Lucia train station is in 20 minutes, and you get by water taxi to the hotel from it or please use private transfer

Getting around

It will need about 30 minutes by boat from Marco Polo Airport, 20 minutes from the railway station, and 20 minutes from parking facilities to get to the hotel.

Public transportation offers its boat services: Alilaguna public boat service and Vaporetto public boat (Zitelle stop behind the hotel).

The hotel has its own docking facilities; also you can rent a yacht or a boat. Private car parking is offered at Piazzale Roma at the Internation Rental Car.

The private boats are nice, the terrace also has spectacular views and an elegant charming hotel, is now slightly faded. The gardens are perfectly manicured and the buildings are well maintained, service even better, rooms are great. The food is flawless and spa is good.

The views are spectacular and the Hotel Cipriani is simply the best. The staff is amazing and the rooms are charming and luxurious. Breakfast is superb at the cipriani and the pool and the nice gardens are paradise during the hot summer months.

Gorgeous location, delicious food, excellent friendly service throughout and a fabulous hotel. Beautiful venue away from the crowds, the staff could not be more genuinely warm and the main bathroom is huge and totally luxurious. Breakfast is incredible and the pool and grounds are beautiful, and lunch was really nice.

Sure the location is amazing and the private boat service into the mainland is excelllent, this hotel is pure Italianita, the staff at the Cipriani are wonderful. Rooms are gorgeous and glorious, the restaurant is very good and is regarded as one of the best in Venice. The gardens and pool are beautiful.
