The breakfast was decent.
Staff were surly and unhelpul and unwelcoming. We had arrived at 2.00 p.m. and had to wait a further 3 hours to gain access to one of the rooms. We had requested two adjacent rooms as my mother is elderly and need to be close by. They seemed to have no knowledge of this.Quite expensive for what you get in return in terms of accommodation and staff friendliness.

I recently stayed at the lovely Hotel Chris in Athens for a few days. The mattress was superb, offering firm yet supportive comfort for my back. The breakfast options were diverse and balanced, catering to my vegetarian diet. The location was perfect, easily accessible from the highway and nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful, even suggesting food delivery upon our tired arrival. The hotel was clean and had a nice garden area where I could relax with a drink. Highly recommended stay!
Totally recommend this hotel.

I visited Athens on a two day business trip and was pleased to stay in a lovely family-run hotel with clean and modern rooms and free parking. The staff were all very friendly and made an extra effort to ensure the guests' stay was a pleasant one. I enjoyed a good breakfast and the coffee was exceptional. Although the hotel doesn't offer evening meals, they supply a variety of menus for the customers with free delivery. I used the free Wifi service to good effect after my daily business. There is a good choice of restaurants in the centre of the leafy suburb of Kifissia along with trendy bars, cafes and boutiques. All in all, Hotel Chris was good value for money and I will stay there again on my next visit.

despite of its location close to the highway it is not too loud; not a bad atmosphere
the guy at the reception must have noticed that I am travelling together with my 12 year old son. But he didn't mention that they have porno movies on their TV without any restriction. When we checked the available programmes we saw some scenes that a 12-year-old boy should not see. This ist an absolute no-go why I cannot recommend this hotel

The rooms at Hotel Chris were cozy and inviting, with comfy beds that made me feel right at home. The 24-hour room service and free WiFi were perfect for someone like me who loves to relax and stay connected.
Personally, I found the electronic emergency notification system in the bathroom a bit unnecessary, but I understand that others may appreciate the added safety measures.

I found Hotel Chris, a family-run hotel, to have excellent standards of cleanliness along with great service. Situated in Kiffisia, a leafy suburb in the north of Athens, this gem is a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the centre (2-3 km), yet close enough to the metro and national road to provide easy access to everything good that Athens has to offer. Breakfast is continental, fruit juice followed by tea or coffee, with a choice of croissant, toast and a selection of toppings. There is a large bar area, where the residents gather in the evenings with a garden terrace. The management are always available to provide advice and guidance about the local eateries and shopping facilities of which ther are many.

We had a fantastic stay at Chris. The mattress was superb, perfect for my back. The staff were friendly and accommodating, arranging taxis and fulfilling any requests. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, away from the busy city. Breakfast, although limited for vegetarians, was still good. It was a great value for the price, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
Couldn't stay longer 😔.

Good hotel for just an overnight stay Helpful staff, free parking
Much traffic-noice. The reception did not speak english (but the nightwatchman did) The price (€ 60) was too high for the quality offered

had a wonderful stay at a lovely little hotel just off the main road in Athens, staff went above and beyond, spoke great English and served a delicious breakfast for a reasonable price. Highly recommended for a tranquil getaway.
Toilet flush button didn't work.

The hotel had a perfect location, close to key attractions and sights. It was also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price, ensuring we started our day off right.
The lack of a restaurant on-site, but this wasn't a major issue as there were plenty of dining options nearby. Another small drawback was the hotel not being smoke-free, which may be a concern for non-smokers or those with sensitivities.
