      Location and helpful staff, i traveled by train from toronto and was nice and easy, my stay at the Chateau Grande Allee was fantastic. The service was great, room were clean and breakfast was good.

      Just by walking across the street you are right in the heart of partyville and hotel is beautiful. The room we have is nice and out of the way.

      Perfect location in my opinion, old Quebec and reasonable rates. The staff were pleasant, all the employees were very friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was good and the late checkout was also great. The room was very spacious, and the coffee conaisseur that I am, that was wonderful as well.

      The location was equally great for walks on the plains of abraham and the staff were very accomodating and were willing to move us to the other side of the hotel. Front desk clerk/manager was fantastic and room was decent enough. The breakfast was perfect.
