Enjoyed generous breakfasts, and fairly clean hotel.
The terrace had plenty of good meals for breakfast. The employees were excellent and amiable. The location was incredible, within a close distance from Spoleto Cathedral. This hotel was in a shopping area close enough to square from the collicola gallery, the common areas and beautiful Spoleto.

Thank you very much for the very good stay, nothing to complain about. Gorgeous hotel, the breakfast is plentiful, magnificent location within walking distance of most tourist areas. The room is reasonably priced. En suite bathroom is sparkling clean.

We had a fantastic stay at the Charleston hotel. The location couldn't have been better, allowing us easy access to all the attractions in the area. The breakfast served on the terrace was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the detailed instructions given by the receptionist on finding the bike path from the hotel to Assisi. The room itself was lovely, with a beautiful hand-painted fresco. our experience at the Charleston hotel in Spoleto was exceptional.

well furnished rooms with great beds and wake-up service. astonishing view and a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet in the bathroom. location just off located on piazza collicola, which was one of the centres of the festival, and upper town/piazza del mercato.

Great location in historic area, next to a modern art museum. Easy walking to the city's attractions and close to some amazing restaurants. Cleanliness was satisfactory, staff was extremely helpful, and breakfast was delightful.
