View was nice, breakfast was super, and beds were really big. The location was particularly good and close to places we visited;))

My recent stay at Hotel Charles was a delight. The room on the 4th floor was spacious and had ample storage space. The small kitchen area was a convenient addition, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee. The bathroom, though dated, was impeccably clean and the towels were changed daily. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a cozy and pleasant sleep.

Although the hotel is located on a busy road and near a railway line, the noise did not deter from the overall positive experience. The private and secure parking facility was convenient and reasonably priced at 8 euros per day.

Very friendly staff. Where do you find a 3-star hotel with assisting you carrying the luggage to and from your room. Spacious rooms. The hotel may be a bit dated, but the rooms inside were impeccable clean, my bathroom newly remodeled. I rented a bicycle at the hotel and was able to explore Budapest in a very interesting way. Yet the location of the hotel is just a short distance away from the city center.

Very nice hostel . Good food at the restaurant , not very far away from tourists zones ( castle , gellert hill ) .

Noise from the street may be annoying for sleeping

The service at Hotel Charles exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff went out of their way to help me with a small issue during my stay. They were attentive, friendly, and resolved the matter swiftly. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked everything about the hotel. Friendly professional and helpful English and Romanian speaking staff. Good breakfast. A pleasant and comfortable hotel, very close to bus station and near historical center of Budapest (15 to 20 minutes walking).

Location of hotel is very good. When we arrived, we left a car on the street because we did not need it. Everything is on 2km far away from hotel.

area is little bit noisy

For a stay in this hotel, I found the location to be ideal. Situated on the outskirts of the city center, it provided a central area to explore Budapest. With bus stops conveniently located outside, it was easy to reach both the Pest and Buda sides of the city. Additionally, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a small kitchenette that was a great convenience. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, catering to all tastes. this hotel offered great value for money and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Not good farniture

Staff was very hospitable and rooms are spacious and with a kitchenette (studio) and there is a private parking for a car.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel was located near public transportation, which made it easy to explore the city. the breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options.

The noise from the train tracks was unbearable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. , the exterior of the hotel was not very appealing and did not match the newly renovated rooms.

the hotel is located in very nouiy place that the way to get there is not so easy-there is just one bus line arriving.the room is not cousy and is not inviting and the kitchen is very small and dont have enough equipment.we will not come back!
