Centro Vitoria Autocheckin provided exactly what we needed for our stay in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The location was excellent, right in the city center and just a short walk to the train station. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-lit, making for a pleasant and quiet night's sleep. The self check-in process was quick and easy, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage after check-out. The receptionist we dealt with was friendly and accommodating, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience and value.

Centro Vitoria Autocheckin was a conveniently located hotel with cafes, shops, and a supermarket nearby. The receptionists spoke English and were friendly. The rooms lacked a view but had comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. it provided good value for money.

Ideal hotel with superbly friendly and exceptionally nice stuff, a short walk to bars and cafés. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Particularly good location when travelling to Vitoria-Gasteiz. Besides, very convenient to Plaza de Espana:)))

Excellent base for exploring Vitoria-Gasteiz. Fairly clean, low budget hotel. Tidy and brand-new unit by leaving the window open for a while, amiable staff.

Comfortable bed in guest room with an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV. Fairly clean private bathroom. Overall magnificent location not far from the historic center. Nearby Bar el Tolono - great place to chill out.

The stay here was really nice for travellers who arrive during their break time. Staff were excellent friendly, room was reasonably large by leaving the window open for a while. It had excellent and fantastic location not far from the center of Vitoria as well as major attractions in the old town.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be within walking distance of all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. the room was quite spacious and had a comfortable bed. It was nice to have a desk in the room as well, which made it easy to work or read.

One major downside of the hotel was the lack of clarity regarding the check-in process. It was not clear how to check-in, and we had to call for assistance.
