  The service was good and the hotel room was spacious, clean and airy, breakfast was great and plenty of variety.

  The staff were not friendly and also the bathroom had a smell of drains and the toilet seat was broken.

  Location was excellent, room was clean and as spacious as most European hotels, the staff were very accomodating, friendly and professional. The beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was good by Florentine standards.
