I keep coming back to my favorite hotel in Santa Maria. The staff is kind and helpful, guiding me to the best dining spots. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, bar/restaurant, laundry. Already excited for Christmas!

The hotel's location is definitely its strong suit. It is right on the beach, making it very convenient for guests who want to swim or relax by the shore. it is situated in a rather quiet area of the city, allowing guests to have some peace and quiet. All in all, it's a nice place to stay if you want to be in the centre of things.

The hotel seems to have quite a few maintenance issues. Some guests have reported that the fridge in their room didn't work, and some even had problems with the bathroom.

I keep coming back because it's amazing. The first time I came, the staff even helped with an insect bite. Perfect for my needs with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. Can't wait for my next romantic escape!

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I appreciated the spaciousness of the common areas and the lovely breakfast that was included. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. the rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view.

The room itself was quite basic and outdated. The bathroom was not cleaned very well and there was a musty smell throughout the room.

The value for money at Central Sal was great, with spacious rooms, a lovely bathroom, and friendly staff. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and close to the center. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially the front desk Manager, Kibsa.

The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

Our stay at Central Sal was amazing! The staff was welcoming and the service was top-notch. The hotel itself is spacious with plenty of areas to relax, and the rooftop terrace is simply stunning. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast at a nearby restaurant, Cafe del Mar, where we could indulge in traditional Capeverdean breakfast including "catchupa" and ice cream. The room was comfortable and had a mosquito nest, which was essential. The hotel also provided us with great amenities, such as storing our luggage and offering a shower room for our late flight departure. Central Sal definitely offered great value for money and we would stay there again in Santa Maria.

During our romantic getaway, we definitely enjoyed the spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. The location of the hotel was also ideal as it was only a short walk away from the beach and various shops and bars. we particularly appreciated the kind and friendly staff who were always willing to help with any queries.

The air conditioning did not work properly and the noise from outside was quite loud due to the thin windows. the Wi-Fi was only available on certain floors, which proved to be inconvenient at times.

I loved the hotel's amazing rooftop terrace with plenty of space to relax. It also had a great breakfast with various options to choose from. The hotel staff was kind and helpful in arranging my transportation to and from the airport. It was centrally located, making it easy to explore the city and close to the beach.

The hotel had a convenient shuttle service that was waiting for us even though we arrived at midnight. The breakfast at Café del Mar, a short walk to the beach, offered a variety of options and the coffee was excellent. The room was spacious with a table, chairs, and a fridge. I also enjoyed the collection of books available in different languages on each floor.

The room at Hotel Central Sal was awesome! The best part was the city view from the balcony. I loved waking up to the sight of Santa Maria every morning. As a backpacker, it made me feel connected to the heart of the city.

The only thing I didn't quite enjoy was the private bathroom with a bath or shower. It's just my personal opinion, but I prefer separate showers.
