Excellent location, we are very happy to chose this hotel.

Central position, the hotel was in a very good location and the bathroom were VERY clean.

Central location, the famous Maria Theresien Strasse & short walking distance to the Old town of Innsbruck and something that you do not find any more in many hotels.

Quite convenient location, underground public parking is quite near and the hotel is an easy walk from the railway station.

Direct city center, near to railway station and use around town for free.

In addition the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms had a great deal of storage room.

In addition the room decor is dated, staff is very helpful and the modern two way windows are excellent.

We asked to be placed away from the construction and they gave us a great two storey room for the normal price.

Good breakfast that is included in the price.

The restaurant and cafe had great ambience with friendly and efficient waiters.

Meals were delicious with lots of variety especially after a hard day's skiing.

Additionally great value and friendly reception staff.

Our stay was very comfortable and the staff was helpful.

One minor thing we didn't think the reception was as professional as it could have been.

Helpful waiter, stile of the famous austrian "Kaffeehaus.

Location was perfect and proximity to the old town was good.

Clean & comfortable triple room for the 3 of us and good to have dinner.

Location close to the historical city, the room clean a bit of tlc would do the hotel good the lager is good for shopping etc.

The bathroom clean and very good breakfast.

The room was very modern and fresh, breakfast was excellent as well.
