The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always ready to assist with any issues or questions we had. The breakfast options were surprisingly good, offering a variety of choices to suit different tastes. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions such as the Romeo and Juliet castle, making it a great base for exploring the area.

the bathroom sink was clogged and cracked, which made it unpleasant to use. we encountered a major ant problem in our room, with the ants getting into our luggage and clothing.

The staff was nice, the rooms clean and quite. Breakfast was good.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely AMAZING, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with a wide variety of options. Our room was incredibly clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel had a restaurant and bar, although we didn't get to try them. we had a jaw-dropping experience and would highly recommend it!

Great location for a trip to Venice. Walking tour of bridges and narrow streets, and visit to the treasures of Baroque Santa Maria della Salute and the Scuola di San Rocco were absolutely amazing. A must-do!

No hot water, but hey, who needs it for a shower anyway? #sarcasm

Bathroom amenities were so so. In the shower room, the water did not drain easily.

Loved the staff - courteous, accommodating and treated like royalty. Beautiful facility, clean and a great restaurant and bar attached. Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Rooms were excellent with stunning Mountain View. Very nice staff and really nice breakfast. Good location for Venice airport. Handy pool and gym. Recommended trattoria was enjoyable.

Great service and a very good place to stay if on business or passing through.

The rooms at Hotel & Residence Castelli are beautifully decorated and have a cozy atmosphere. They make you feel right at home, especially after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the Wi-Fi reception to be a bit spotty. However, some guests might not mind this and still find it sufficient.

Furniture well maintained but needs a style refresh

We had a great stay at Hotel & Residence Castelli for one night. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The receptionists were welcoming and the breakfast had a good variety. The value for the price was excellent and the location was convenient for visiting Verona, Venice, and Lake Garda by car. The free parking and good air conditioning were also a plus.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
