Great location, located within the Historic District of Merida and the hotel was quiet we were there.
The location could not have been better and the hotel is nicely situated in front of a park.

The hotel is in a great location opposite the very pretty parque Santa Lucia.
It is small and the rooms are large, airy, all marble tile especially in the bathrooms, and the heat was intense in May in Yucatan and the a/c in the room was excellent.
Absolutely loved the room, very clean, spacious, nice furniture, nice big bathroom and very, very friendly staff!
One odd thing was that one day we went downstairs for breakfast and as we returned to our room the water was running on full steam in our bathroom and the light was on!
The hotel is nicely situated in front of a park, the guest rooms are very large.
The room and bathroom were large and immaculate!
The on-site Restaurant offered delicious and inexpensive international cuisine.
Continental breakfast was a let down, the waiter left a huge tray of dirty dishes and the staff was helpful even through our unintelligible Spanish.
The menu choice in the restaurant was a bit limited, but the food was great and the setting very elegant.
It was a short walk to downtown Merida and several restaurants and shops.
In fact everything we ate at the restaurant was a world class delicacy.
The hotel has a fantastic art collection and the staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the waiters.
Service was very good and the concierge was I must say very helpful.
We enquiered at the reception if the cleaning staff left the water on by any chance but we were told the cleaning lady had yet to arrive and noone had been in our room but us.
All personnel from the reception desk, bellman, waiters and housekeeping were wonderful.
The hotel is housed in a nice colonial architecture and offers beautiful spacious rooms all facing the back garden of the resort which features a serene lush setting with a nice refreshing pool in the middle!
A pleasant seating area around the pool and just blocks from the central town square.
Pool areas were beautiful and merida was one of our best souvenir of Yucatan.
The hotel has a fantastic art collection, the service was very friendly and gracious, the suite was immaculately clean.
