The hotel had a comfortable bed and a TV with a wide range of channels. The lobby looked appealing and inviting.
The exterior door locks were broken, some outlets were falling out, and there was a funky smell in the hallway and room.

A kitchen was a big plus. Nice place for a vacation in Carlisle.

The swimming pool was over chlorinated, however they were working on correcting this. The restaurant was closed, but there was no message on the phone to indicate that the bar was taking orders. I finally walked to the bar. The fries were cold, and took forever to receive them.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel had great facilities, including a well-equipped gym and a refreshing swimming pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay.

The hotel is convenient to the highway but back from the main roads making it very quiet.
The indoor pool was too hot from the sun coming through the glass ceiling. Couldn't use it.

The bed was incredibly comfy and we enjoyed the variety of channels on the TV. The lobby was well-decorated and welcoming. We also appreciated being able to easily access nearby restaurants and attractions, as they were all within a short distance.
Some of the exterior door locks weren't working properly, which made us feel a little uneasy. There were also some issues in our room, such as a broken water faucet in the bathroom and only one packet of coffee for the entire stay.

It's very outdated. The cafe wasn't open for breakfast and there were a lot of "creepy" men hanging around. The halls were dark and intimidating.

Everything was very good at the Embers. Staff was very good, the food was good and the accomidations were very clean and comfy. This is the second year we have stayed there and would certainly reccomend it to anyone going there. A big thumbs up! Thanks Folks Jack Johnson

The bed was super comfy, and I had a great night's sleep. The TV had tons of channels to choose from, so I never got bored. The location was really convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel could use some improvements. The exterior was quite dark, which made it a bit hard to find my way back at night.

I didn't like at all. Restaurant was awful. Significant wait for service and food. Several customers got up and left. Unfortunately, we stayed. Food was ill prepared and overpriced. Advertised items were not available. Wait staff was harried and unprepared although relatively few patrons. Very unprofessional operation. Room lacked sufficient bath towels. One day they were not available until after 3:00 pm (reason given: "in the drier"). Next day they were delivered damp. Bath soap consisted of two microscopically small, thin wafers that crumpled when unwrapped. Unusable! Facial tissue dispensers (two) were empty and never filled (did request, and received a small box). Overall, a very poor value at $139/night. Won't do that again. The rate
The first room they put us in had an unmade bed (only 1 and I booked a room with 2 beds) and broken A/C. The second room had holes in ceiling tiles, the bath tub had something under it and was squishy and made me almost fall down a few times. There was a beetle in the room.... I was not happy at all with the room
