We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was nice. The staff were very amiable and excellent and provided help. The food was outstanding and the location was marvellous.

Comfortable and well-equipped room with a private bathroom featuring a hairdryer, bidet, and walk-in shower, located near a spacious park.

Amenities on site are just fantastic! I loved sipping coffee at the café and playing intense games of billiards and table tennis in the games room. The daily menu at the restaurant was also a nice touch.

Oh, and let's not forget the super thin walls that allowed me to hear every word and movement from the neighboring room. How delightful!

The attention of the staff in Reception is really formidable. They are always willing to provide the best information and to resolve any issues that may arise. In that sense, I highly recommend them. . This is a hotel that serves as a place to rest or work. The room was spacious and comfortable. Near the place you can find places to eat tapas, (eat some passports), drink some canes and even go shopping at the local supermarkets.

Twice during the night there was a lot of noise in the corridors (in the middle of the night). People dragging things or bags and even talking out loud. It is possible that the night staff did not notice this. The kettle where we could heat the water for coffee or tea was very dirty inside, which prevented us from using it.

I stayed for 4 nights here and had a good time. The staff were helpful and efficient and knew the area.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for our stay in Murcia. It was just a short tram ride away from Murcidad Uni and the Circular Plaza, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The restaurant at the hotel was also a great feature, with a cute atmosphere and a special buffet that we really enjoyed. Plus, the tram stop was very close to the hotel, allowing us to easily get into the city center.

The wifi signal in the room was a bit poor, which made it a bit frustrating to use our devices.

Affordable secure underground parking option for only 3€. Clean rooms with expected amenities such as air conditioning, hot water, and clean towels. Friendly and caring staff who showed genuine interest and wished us luck on our departure.

Good secure underground parking. Excellent tram link from outside hotel to Murcia centre (4/5 mins, only one euro). Staff friendly and helpful. Did not use restaurant, and did not have breakfast based on previous reviews. Bed comfortable. Wifi good from all areas.

Some noise from guests returning to their rooms in the early hours disturbed sleep.

I didnt like the way the recepcionist was speaking to me, she was a little rude

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The towels were changed twice during my stay, which was a nice touch. The hotel also provided free WiFi, which was reliable and fast. Additionally, the reception staff were friendly and helpful, providing quick check-in and check-out procedures.

The hotel's location was quite far from the city center, requiring a walk or a taxi ride to reach the main attractions. The language barrier was also a challenge, as very few people in the area spoke English.
