Double room with view. A great selection of facilities such as: an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar.

Modern and beautifully decorated place, I loved especially helpful personnel.
Everything was really good, so where unbelievable views over the town. The double room I booked was bright. There was comfortable bed, an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. The location seemed quiet in the mountains. A few times I ate at O Grelhador, located at a walking distance from the hotel.

We took a double room with an individual safe, climate control, and a mini-bar, it was new-fashioned. The location was marvellous, not far from the castle, the hill, and Santiago Do Cacem. Easily reached Retiro do Escova, located at a short distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Stunningly beautiful hotel overlooking city, we had a memorable experience here. Also, location was stunning and unique, at a medium distance from Castelo de Santiago do Cacem. Bright room, climate control, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV were a nice surprise. The breakfast was satisfactory - plenty of dishes. The service offered was polite...

the location was good, for example, a cultural heritage monument was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. liked to hang out in the center, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

Fabulous and lovely place with an exceptionally good view. Lovely staff always on hand. Stunning location close to city center, in the lovely area. 5 minutes walk to Santiago do Cacem Castle. What an awesome stay, nothing too much trouble.

Thoroughly enjoyed its incredibly nice and pleasant staff.
We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was nice. The daily service was good. Moreover, parking was on-site. The location was particularly good, quite a walk from Pelourinho de Alvalade.

What a friendly efficient staff. Beautifully designed, modern room with a great bed and pillows. Nice pool, parking on site.

The double room we stayed in was bright with terrasse, a welcome drink at the lobby, for example. Besides, the location was quiet and lovely for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Ruins of Mirobriga.

The hotel has a great location with nice views and free parking. The breakfast buffet offers good choices, including fresh honey from the hive. It's a good option for a stopover while traveling north or south, and the pool is a nice addition on hot days.
The hotel has some issues with staffing, resulting in problems during my stay. the culinary aspect of the hotel fell short, with a limited and overpriced menu and a lack of advertised workshops.

the view, the room, the dinner at the hotel's restaurant, the quietness, the reading room with the huge fireplace and all the good portuguese newspapers, the staff.

This brilliant hotel is wacky and modern both inside and out. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are very helpful. The dining room is in the only old part of the building and is lovely and the food is good. A great hotel.
The doors of the rooms are heavy and the sound echoes when they are shut at night.

Had a good New Year's stay. The hotel offered free champagne at midnight and breakfast in bed on the first day of the year. Location was great, right in the heart of everything. The view from the room was also a plus, with the castle in sight.
The restaurant was a letdown. The food was costly and not that great.
