For the price we paid, the room was well worth it. The location was great, close to the beach, supermarket, and cafes. The staff at Complex Bran-Brad-Bega went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety.

The best part was that it was right on the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff always available. The room had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. The dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a variety of delicious food and drinks. I was very impressed with the quality and comfort provided by this hotel.

Took a dip in the pool, got a sunburn on the sunbeds. Facilities included breakfast room, bar, indoor pool, spa , and free WiFi.

Moldy corners, unattached toilet seat, crowded pool, and a lazy lifeguard. Not impressed.

We had a great Christmas vacation! The facilities were fantastic! The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and the town center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the spa treatments and the delicious food at the restaurant. The room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the sea.

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, and there weren't many options for vegetarians. The pool was a bit small and got crowded quickly. The lounge area was too noisy for our taste. Additionally, the decor of the hotel was a bit outdated and needs some updating. Though overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

The hotel had its own jaw-dropping swimming pool that provided the perfect spot to soak up some sun. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, offering us a room upgrade and even allowing us to choose from multiple options. They graciously fulfilled all of our requests, including changing our room and providing extra pillows. The breakfast, though not overly extensive, was still satisfying. And to top it all off, there were plenty of sunbeds available by the pool. All in all, our experience was super impressive thanks to the amazing staff and convenient amenities such as Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, flat-screen TV, and lift.

Our family had a decent stay close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The beach was nearby and easy to get to. Our room was relatively cleaned and the bathroom was functional. The breakfast could have been better, but there were some options available. We appreciated the pool during the day and use of the bar in the evenings.

There were issues with the plumbing, and the front desk staff could have been more helpful.

I always return to a hotel in Eforie Nord. The staff found my lost ring on my first stay. It suits me with Wi-Fi, a bar, a pool, flat-screen TV, a lift, and air conditioning. I will come back for Christmas.
