        Clean and good location, walking distance from the interesting Alfama, wiev from the hotel room to the old buildings. The famous coffe house just next door and excellent price. One female employee at the front desk was pleasant as compared and bathroom was better than I would have expected. The continental breakfast was fine.

        The location was excellent and the breakfast was the worst I had experienced in a european hotel bread. Desk staff was helpful and the room was comfortable.

        Location is pretty good and the hotel is in a fabulous lively area of Lisbon. Furthermore the staff are very friendly, quite a large twin room and also the mattresses are reasonably new and comfortable. Breakfast is just adequate.

        Good location for shooping, historical places and the staff was only minimally helpful. The rooms were large.

        The location is fantastic, hotel is very central in the the best area for shopping and rooms facing Rua Garret are very spacious. The breakfast is simple.

        The location is great and as the area round the front of the hotel is pedestrianised the traffic at the sides. Rooms towards the back are quiet.

        The desk staff is a little indifferent, the breakfast is poor too.
