Hotel Bonaparte Santiago - 圣地亚哥

The location is near outside of the city centre, the hotel is very good and pleasant, the staff are very helpful and polite.

Great hotel in a quiet location and everyone at the reception was very friendly.

Really liked the location in a quiet affluent mainly residential area and good value.

If you're relying on public transport to get you about, you've got a solid 10 minute walk to the underground or bus links.

It is a bit far from the city center, but this hotel is worth the taxi ride to get around town.

Besides that, the eight-night reservation should have been for a queen size bed and not for two single beds as the hotel had for us.

Extremely friendly staff, great bed and that includes a good breakfast.

Some of the rooms are rather large or have a living room.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the air heating was good, considering it was very cold.

The bathroom was excellent with a lovely power shower and nice towels.

It is quite a walk up to the shops and restaurants of Providencia (about 2/3 mile) but along safe residential tree lined avenues.

At same night, trying to forget this regretful episode, we went to the hotel restaurant, and again another disaster: the food was awful - mine was burned and my fianc?

Service was excellent, the free internet was a plus and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel staff was friendly, good Service- The front desk was always helpful and using internet was free 24 hours at the computer set in front of the room.

The reception area was nice, the hotel was a great introduction to the city and the service was equally as wonderful.

Walking to the Los Leones metro stop was very convenient, otherwise the stay was great and the service staff were excellent.

The lovely pool and garden give this hotel a head start over other hotels in the locality.

Internet access is free, the pool area is very pleasant although small.

The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos and is possibly the coldest pool I have ever swum in anywhere!
