The hotel staff was friendly, good Service- The front desk was always helpful and using internet was free 24 hours at the computer set in front of the room.
Some of the rooms are rather large or have a living room.
The pool area is very pleasant small, the hotel is located in a good neighbourhood and the staff bent over backwards to be helpful.

Near metro and buses, luxury blocks. Hotel staff were courteous, polite, everyone at the reception was very friendly and the free internet was a plus. The breakfast was very good.

Very quiet, shops near by, the streets are smaller and the trees are huge and overgrown, hotel Bonaparte is unusual in the authentic interest takes in each guest. The staff is friendly and the service good, the breakfast is varied and plentiful and the coffee is excellent.

Friendly staff located in safe area of Santiago on quiet, the hotel was a great introduction to the city and the service was equally as wonderful. Our room was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was just about the best we had anywhere in Chile.
