Our recent stay at Best Western Plus was absolutely delightful. We were in Hamburg for a short visit and stayed at the hotel for two nights. The check-in process was smooth, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly accommodating, providing us with useful information and advice. The hotel gym was spacious and offered a variety of equipment options for us to use. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean. The highlight was definitely the bathroom, with a shower that can only be described as a masterpiece of German engineering. It was one of the best showers we've ever had the pleasure of using. Additionally, the hotel had a sauna and a fitness area, both well-equipped and modern. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. we had a fantastic experience at Best Western Plus and would highly recommend it.

We got the suite for normal price with fireplace and 2 toilets 2 tv's excellent service nice bar and nice mojito's

Absolutely loved the cozy bar with leather armchairs, perfect for enjoying my favorite drink while feeling like a boss. The breakfast buffet was a dream come true, with a variety of croissants, cereals, and yogurt.

Such a shame that the hotel's location is in the middle of nowhere.

the internet is expensive 9.50 euro for 24 hours and it ran out as i was stream the football and nothing to do in that neighborhood

The elegant rooms and delicious food were such a pleasant surprise. Who needs the internet or assistance when you have luxury and fine dining?

No internet to disturb my precious peace and no luggage help. How am I supposed to navigate without Wi-Fi and lift a finger for my own bags?

I really loved the cozy and stylish decoration of the hotel. The general areas were beautifully designed with a lot of attention to detail. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people, with well-lit corridors and easily accessible amenities. It made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the staff to be more patient and understanding. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit rushed and not as attentive as I would have liked.

I would have loved if the hotel offered more activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have some organized events or outings that catered to our interests and needs.

The room was super cool with all the high-tech gadgets. We even had a tablet to play around with. The bathroom was spacious and had a fancy rain shower. The best part was the location, we were able to easily explore some cool party spots in Hamburg and had a blast with our friends!

The only thing we wished for was a more lively atmosphere. It would have been great if the hotel had some fun activities or a cool bar for young people to hang out and have a good time.
