The room was nice looking, and tastefully decorated, with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. The private bathroom. The hotel was located in the center of the city.

Everything was perfect from the attentive service to the fantastic food. The room was functional and well-appointed with air-conditioning and the bedroom, as example usd 5152. The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Na Bolom Cultural Centre.

bo totally exceeded my expectations on my recent visit to san cristobal de las casas! the hotel's design, service, and restaurant were all fantastic. the attention to detail was impressive, and the location was perfect with stunning views. i also loved using the hotel bikes to explore the city. saying goodbye was difficult!

The location was marvellous and unique, close to Ex-Convent of Santo Domingo Museum. The hotel was in a beautiful area, not far from church dating from around 1520, and the Cahuare pier along the Canon del Sumidero.

I had a delightful experience at this exquisite boutique hotel in the heart of San Cristóbal. The design, with its simple yet beautiful aesthetics, and the colorful mix of materials and vegetation, created a truly enjoyable ambience. The food, from breakfast to dinner, was delicious, thanks to the renowned Mexican Chef Ricardo Muñoz Zurita. The staff, always smiling and attentive, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location in the charming town of San Cristóbal, with its picturesque streets, churches, museums, and local flavor. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and enchanting stay.

Although the hotel is excellent, there were a few minor drawbacks. The rooms were sometimes cleaned late in the day, which could be inconvenient if you return from tours early and want to relax in a clean room.

Great restaurant with excellent breakfast options. Spacious, well-decorated rooms with luxurious bathrooms and bath tubs. Outstanding hotel design that is classy and new. Nice common areas such as a library and a beautiful yard. High standards for comfort and cleanliness. Small gym available for guests. Very safe environment with many nice restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The lack of English-speaking staff members can make communication difficult for non-Spanish speakers, potentially causing some inconveniences during the stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Its modern design and attention to detail made for a picturesque setting, with beautiful colors and water surrounding us. The spacious and well-decorated room was a treat, and the breakfast options were varied and generous. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the gym and library, and the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of the downtown area where many of the great attractions were located. In terms of local sightseeing, it was a perfect location.
