I could recommend this hotel for somebody who just needs a place where to sleep and does not want to spend too much money on a hotel.
In the heart of the old town, excellent location and i doubt there's a better value hotel in Bilbao.
The location was good, family room at top of hotel was very quiet and the price was very reasonable.

Easy to get to the tram for the guggenheim, car park 15 euros a day 5 mins walk away and only a short distance to Bilbao's main atractions like Guggenheim.
The bed was OK, the bathroom OK, the soundproofing OK.
Thought that we had booked a room for 3 people as the reservation said the room would have a room with three beds.
Upon checking in, we were informed that the hotel charges per person, so it didn't matter how many beds were in the room.
We got the rooms at a good price, 57 euros/room/night (tax included).
The bed was so unconfortable that my back was sore for the duration of my stay in Bilbao.
Towels did appear to be clean and the breakfast was cheap at only 5.
Location is very central (near cathedral and this hotel is very close some famous restaurant.
The hotel is nicely located in the old town very near to many restaurants and bars.
