We loved our stay at the hotel, it was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel has a great location, right next to the train station and in the heart of the village. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and recently renovated with a cool design. We also enjoyed the great variety of breakfast options, with amazing ingredients. Swiss Quality exceeded our expectations and if we were to book again, we would choose this hotel.

I loved the location of the hotel you could walk to the shops and I loved the food in the restorant all the traditional favorites fillet de perch , fondu, racklet and ice cream and you could sit and people watch , we saw some old celebrities,I wanted to book other 5 star hotels but they were closed becouse it was not the season and I only found in this hotel but I think it was a good choice , we stayed one night , we were looking at schools.

I did not like the TV channels not much choice no international channels mostly in German

Stayed here for one night. Was very inpressed. The staff are very warm and friendly. Rooms are very clean and to a high standard. Balcony was lovely to sit and enjoy morning sun.

The hotel is situated in the center of the city, just a short stroll away from Lake Lauenen. Satisfactory breakfast for vegetarians, thanks a lot.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a good area, right by promenade, Montreux, and Interlaken. The rooms were new-fashioned, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the view was lovely. The location was great and absolutely perfect, within walking distance of Wispile. You guys made my stay great.

The room itself was fairly quiet for our kids to enjoy and had essentials I needed. Also, location was marvellous and stunning, not very far from Gstaad-Eggli.

Everything is good, the room is cheap with a balcony, modern alpine style and distant peaks above the town rooftops from the balcony. Next to a train station, that's great and unbeatable location for me. Staff is incredible and welcoming and you can park your car onsite.

The place is wonderful and perfect. Very polite staff at all times. Cheap and reasonably large room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Lots of options, great food. Heated pool, parking on site. Late check-out.

Great location, right in the heart of town. Lots of dining options nearby. Parking was convenient with charging stations for EVs. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and cozy. The decor was charming and had a traditional feel. We had a wonderful time exploring the town and trying out the different restaurants.

While the rooms were cozy, they were a bit on the small side. The lack of air conditioning could be an issue during hot summer months.

Very good location to the town centre and adjacent to the local train station in Gstaad

Only downside was the rooms felt a little tired and could do with upgrading. Foam fold down bed sofas is not what we expected to find in the lounge of our one bedroom suite. Hotel could also benefit from a residents bar/ coffee area. This does not exist and you have to enter one of the four restaurants.

Low-budget hotel in a pedestrian area near 4 restaurants as well as rental shops. The location was comfy and top and the staff were attentive. Lovely pool, parking on-site. Sauna was provided too.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location, right in the center of the town, was perfect for us as it was just steps away from the train station. The staff here provided exceptional service, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The room amenities were great, including the comfortable sitting area and the terrace with beautiful garden furniture. The restaurant in this hotel served delicious food and the staff there were also very helpful. The spa and wellness center was a wonderful addition to our stay, with a lovely indoor swimming pool and sauna. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to families.

There were no negative aspects that we experienced during our stay.

Beautiful Hotel in an incredibly beautiful location. All the rooms have different decor. You never know which style you will get.

The rooms and suites at Bernerhof Swiss Quality Hotel Gstaad are absolutely gorgeous! They are beautifully furnished with high-quality materials and have private balconies. I loved the cozy seating area and the flat-screen TV in my room. It felt so relaxing to lay down on the bed after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the bathrobes offered in the room. But hey, that's just me.
