The Belroy was situated in an ideal location, room was spotless - some may not like the minimalist decor and staff were on the whole helpful.
Excellent location and close to all the ameinities very central close enough to the beach.
The rooms had fantastic views, the location of the hotel was very good being close to the beach and the staff were efficient and friendly.
The fantastic tapas around the pool area, this hotel is in the perfect location.
As it happenened ,our flight was was cancelled when we got to the airport and we did not want to go back to the Belroy,so we booked into The Queens in the old town last minute and had a fantastic time!
The air conditioning was essential and much appreciated although sometimes there was a smokey smell in the room which could possibly have come from adjacent rooms through the air conditioning system.
The bed very comfy, the buffet breakfast very good.
The apartment was clean and well equiped and the sofa beds in the livingroom were sturdy and comfortable for our 16 & 7 year olds.
Everything in the hotel was very good, our room, food was great,.
Bathroom is equipped and the indoor pool is very very small.
Reception is a large glass fronted recently built addition and the food in the buffet restaurant is fabulous.
The room we booked was large and stylish, the new bar was excellent, to the Gala meal was well prepared.
The rooms very comfortable, good food comparing to restaurants around.
The location of the hotel was superb; 2 minutes to the beach; bars; restaurants & shops and a short bus ride to Aqualandia & Mundamar Water Parks.
Very nice hotel, i don't reccomend the boarding option as the variety of restaurants nearby is fantastic and personnel is very professional and friendly.
Excelent location makes the perfect Benidrom stay, very helpful staff and all receptionist very good.
Fantastic location in Levante area of Benidorm, the most helpful reception staff of any hotel in Spain and we had a good balcony got the sun in the mornings.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the reception personnel.
We were treated at reception with the utmost courtesy and patience and were given every assistance, my husband and I are pensioners.
Myself and Wife came to this Hotel for a short break, and use the Hotels pool Sauna, Jacuzzi.
This was a pool and a a gym and nothing else.
The pool area was not too big and there was a lovely terrace where you could have drinks & snacks.
The apartment was clean and the breakfast included in the price was excellent.
Location was good, room was spotless - some may not like the minimalist decor, but we liked it.
Belroy is a splendid design hotel perfect for romantic vacation, not many of the staff could speak very good english just enough to get by and large rooms are clean and comfortable.
Built in the 70's this hotel has recently undergone a major refit, with modern, large rooms which are clean and comfortable.
The reception was very friendly, the room although minimilist was without doubt spotlessly clean, overlooked the pool with partial sea view, very quiet!
