Private and recently refurbished hotel overlooking city, we had a GOOD experience here. The people were very friendly and best, will exceed the expectations. Walk from a train station, the location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, to the Nice airport. Again, the property was set not too far from Rue d'antibes Street.

The rooms with a balcony and clean bathroom, for example.

Rest and relaxation are so overrated. Who needs them when you have exceptional sites like Sainte Marguerite Island and fine sand beaches? The hotel's daily breakfast is just delightful, especially when enjoyed in the private outdoor courtyard.

Who needs a comfortable bed or a working shower in a hotel room? Definitely not me.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, perfect and has excellent location in near cafe or restaurant. The staff are best and affable and I liked their attitude. Overall freshly made food, plus there is La Toque d'or close by. I would love to go back, for one night.

The position

The staff was not polite and not helpful at all .The wifi didn't work and nobody was able to fix the problem. There was nobody at the counter after 6 o'clock therefore if you had a problem you had to solve it by yourself.

i've stayed in cannes before but my recent stay at bellevue was exceptional. alessandro, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating, offering us an early check-in and a quiet room with a lovely balcony. the hotel's location was convenient and the room was clean and cozy. i can't wait to visit again!

Our room was recently refurbished and good-sized with balcony and the staff were BEST, had free Wi-Fi. Climate control, an iron, and a work desk were a bonus.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made sure that I felt at home and were always available for any questions or assistance I needed. The breakfast they provided was simple but delicious, with a good variety of options. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the main station, restaurants, city center, and all the local attractions. It was really convenient to explore the area.

There were a couple of issues I encountered during my stay. the check-in process was a bit confusing as I was not given clear instructions on how to access my room.

The location

Our room was not clean at all and the noise was pretty disturbing since you could hear anything around us (neighbours/street).

The hotel is close enough to the beach - 10 min walk. I liked the window with green panorama most of all. Internet conection was excellent all the time.

Arriving in mid-July during extreme heat, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel provided a mobile air conditioner for our room. Despite the room being small and lacking a window, the air conditioner made our stay bearable. The location of the property was also convenient, being close to the bus station and the beach. we would recommend staying at this hotel.
