Enjoy one of the 46 sleeping rooms in this simple quiet hotel that retains a sense of calm despite all the noise around it. If you want internet access you have to pay an extra fee. The only drawback is the lack of an elevator, so this hotel won’t work for you if don’t want to climb several flights of stairs. The building is very old but has been well kept and the rooms are good sized and kept spic and span.

The Hotel Baudelaire Bastille is located in the heart of the fashion district of la Bastille, close to the historical Marais with Pablo Picasso Museum and the Place de Vosges. It will take you only a few minutes to get to the Place de la Bastille, the Lyon main train station and the Austerlitz main train station. It is set in historical district of carpenters and wood workers, also with lots of restaurants, bars, night clubs and cafes.
