We got great value for money with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The location near the highway was convenient for our day trips in Modena and Parma. The staff at Hotel Real Fini Baia Del Re were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast selection could have been more varied and catered to different nationalities.

What can I say... The worlds coolest luxury Motel. Where else can you pull off the Autostrade, park directly in front of your room, take a Sauna, then eat one of the best dinners or your life? Where else do you park your rental car between a Ferrari and a Porsche Panamera? Wonderful, huge rooms and bed, marble bathrooms. The restaurant serves the typical dishes for the region, which tends to be heavier, richer food than most of Italy, but for 1 or 2 nights you will absolutely love it.

Amazingly smart hotel and excellent restaurant - much better than we had hoped for. Our room was spacious, modern and very clean, huge comfortable bed and fabulous wet room. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is conveniently located right by the motorway and just a 15-minute walk from the town center. The breakfast has a variety of sweet options. 🥐

The location was marvellous, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, wonderful hotel. We got an upgrade to a well-designed and large room with a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent. The restaurant served amazing dinner; we both ordered outstanding dishes.- The hotel's location was magnificent, close to a motorway and near restaurants and canteens.- We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Real Fini Baia Del Re in San Donnino della Nizzola.

The hotel is located at a convenient driving distance from the city centre, making it easy to access all the main attractions. The breakfast options were fantastic with a wide range to choose from. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations for local restaurants that we wouldn't have known about otherwise.

The room was a bit small and lacked sufficient storage space for our luggage and clothes. The Wi-Fi service was also spotty and slow, making it difficult to get online at times.

I liked to find a Gideons Bible in the room.

i took a suite with great bathrooms, bathrobe plus window facing the meadow.

Upon arriving at Real Fini Baia Del Re, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and modern room. The comfortable bed, fabulous bathroom, and private garden were exactly what I needed for a restful sleep. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, offering room service for our late arrival and even allowing us to bring our dog into the restaurant. The location near the motorway was convenient, yet surprisingly quiet at night. I also appreciated the option of safe parking. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be staying here again in the future. I highly recommend Real Fini Baia Del Re for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
