The property was pleasant with really kind staff at night shift, I truly enjoyed the stay. I was offered an incredibly nice breakfast with a toast.

Marvellous brand-new hotel location so close to the metro station and the bus station as well as the `` Opera ''. The triple room with breakfast included, facilities worked for us.

The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a fairly quiet area, short walk to bercy station and Accor Arena, Louvre or Pantheon or Opera and a direct metro line. Perfectly comfortable and absolutely perfect location, helpful staff at night shift. We went out for dinner, found Wong Heng, it was not too far from the property.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The clean bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and having fresh towels brought to my room on the second day was a nice touch. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city's attractions. The coffee machine in the lobby was amazing, offering a wide variety of options. the option for early check-in was much appreciated, allowing me to start my day without any delay.

I had a few issues during my stay. the housekeeping staff was quite rude, making it difficult to ask for extra pillows.
