  Good location, the worst hotel in the world.

  Service at the reception very bad and small room. One tiny elevator thats extremely slow and never changed the towels and the sheets. Breakfast was very simple.

  The location is bad, staff are rude and the rooms are falling, breakfast is also poor.

  This hotel was better than the place we stayed in paris and breakfast was very good.

  The location was in a busy and noisy part of town, staff were a little awkward. The bed was bad and the linens not enough because sometimes got very cold.

  The location is great and the rooms are clean at least one of the rooms is above the street. Excellent value for money for a 3 star hotel and registration desk staff needs to be more friendly. Bathroom is big.

  Location near train station, good value and cheap prices. Flexible and friedly staff, clean and very comfy rooms, the breakfast was sufficient and the personnel was friendly.

  City was only a short walk away as was the beach, the location of the hotel was perfect for a one night stay between Cannes and after we complained to the staff we were given a better. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

  The location is absolutelyconvenient as is just 3 mnutes walk from the tgv train station and the hotel is reasonably clean, the front desk staff are helpful. The rooms are very clean.

  Great location for railway station and buses, good for Train Travelers, near the Gare de Nice Ville. Staff were pleasant and helpful, some bathrooms had a tub, some just a shower. The breakfast buffet was ample.

  Very good location to train station and Nice Cheap. Staff very helpful, the room was basic at best and was in need of a thorough clean, coffee and juice were available all day.

  Central location and near of train station. Definitely good value for money, staff were very helpful and breakfast was the worst we had in all our time in France.

  The hair dryer was broken, some towels were old and were tearing.
