Good Food, Decent Spa
Stayed here for New Year and enjoyed the fireworks. The food at the hotel was the best, as well as the spa and the swimming pool. The location was great, very close to the mountains for skiing or hiking. We also appreciated the free access to public transport in the area, which made it easy to get around.
The room service was below average and the Wi-Fi constantly disconnected. On top of that, the décor of the room was dated and the beds could have been more comfortable.

The spa facilities were good, with a relaxing sauna and steam room. , the breakfast was diversified, with lots of options for different tastes. The town where the hotel is situated is lovely, with characterful streets and pretty buildings.
The room was very small, and poorly lit. The bed was uncomfortably hard, and the only window overlooked a busy street, which created a lot of noise throughout the night.

During my stay, I found the location of the hotel to be ideal, with a bus stop just outside the entrance serving all the main attractions in the area. The hotel is close enough to the centre of town to remain convenient yet far enough away to avoid the noise. The room was comfortable, with a clean bathroom and a beautiful view. The service was top-notch, with staff always going the extra mile to ensure guests had everything they needed. the breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious, providing a great start to the day.
The facilities, especially the wellness area, were slightly dated and could benefit from a renovation to keep up with other modern amenities available in the area.

Excellent services and amenities, including friendly staff, a pool with a stunning view, complimentary afternoon cakes, a comfortable and cozy bar area. The hotel also has an indoor car park, making packing out on snowy days less of a hassle. Additionally, the hotel's central location, close to the town centre and public transportation, allows easy access to the area's hiking paths and lifts.
Nothing not to love about this hotel - we had a fantastic stay in this city and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and welcoming experience.
