Very comfortable position coming from malpensa, good standard hotel in a good location and i would rate them as 'excellent' for the price paid.

Two things initially attracted me to this hotel, the first being that it is across from the main railroad station, and the second being its modern/new look.

Breakfast was included in the rate, but I didn't take advantage of it because I had a plane to catch.

On the site they said 2 times breakfast is included (they changed it now: one time not included, further on breakfast is included).

I complained and they showed me a paper saying breakfast is not included during weekends.

Yes, that's right, but not in a 3-star hotel and not when you book breakfast included.

Their reaction:"It is the same policy of low cost airways company, you travel for very cheap rate but on board you pay for food & beverage.

    Very convenient located, impressive train station in Milan and kept clean throughout our stay. Staff was kind enough, the TV offered various English.
