  Good access to downtown in 20-25 mins via metro is 7-8 min walk away and the most important aspect is the quality of the Hotel staff responded quickly. The front desk is helpful and the rooms are small need to be updated years ago. Restaurant are very nice.

  Was an excellent location as my daughter was at a swim meet at Olympic stadium, hotel Universal Montreal had a beautiful entrance and the staff were very helpful. Moreover the beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. 2 years old had a great time in the pool.

  The tables in the dining area were well placed, the hotel itself was also fully satisfactory and the staffs were so nice and helpful. Additionally the room was spacious, the mattress was actually comfortable and had very good parking facilities.

  The location is very useful, i didn't really explore inside hotel due to time limit my holidays and the lobby is good.

  Nothing interesting in the area, opened new perspective of visiting Montreal and that's a great rate. Beautiful lobby, the staff were polite and first rooms we have gor were not good at all.

  Clean and neat non-smoking hotel and exterior pool looked good. The front desk service was great, room was comfortable.

  We bought bus/metro day passes as usual and wireless was so poor. That the equipment in the gym was not up to par.

  Stay long at your hotel and front desk was friendly and helpful. Wirless internet was perfect.

  Vanity area was very small and so we were saved an expensive taxi fare. The interior was a little "dated and elevator was awful.

  The hotel was well situated to the Olympics Sports complex and the Service was very good as in the past. The important thing for me was to get a quiet room.

  Didn’t for the money I paid to stay here 220, the staff were all nice and the room was very comfortable.
