Getting there

Amsterdam-Schiphol is approximately 9.2km from the hotel.

From the airport: turn on the A4 motorway towards Utrecht, Haarlem, Amsterdam. Follow the ring road south, A10. Take exit number S108, Old South and merge onto Amstelveenseweg. Go straight across the roundabout and then right into the waiter at Koninginneweg. Continue on straight, joining onto the Willemsparkweg, and then you’ll come across the Jacob Obrechtstraat cutting through the Willemsparkweg as a vertical street. Follow through, and opposite the Tram stop, you’ll see Atlas Hotel.

By public transport: take a train to Central Station, from where; then take tram 2 and get off at the Jacob Obrechtstraat stop. Alternatively, take bus 170 and 172 and get off at the Jacob Obrechtstraat stop.

Great location next vodel park and tram, superb Relaxing Stay, the service was hit and miss at best. My room was at the top and during a few days of heat was just unpleasantly warm, the breakfast was good and the staff generally helpful.

The proximity of lovely Vondelpark was an added plus, the hotel was in a great location and the bathroom was very clean and had shampoo etc ready in waiting.
