Needless to say we will NEVER pay this hotel a return visit.
When we left, we took the morning shuttle from the hotel to the airport.
Although we thought it was a bit expensive, it was well worth it to be so close to the airport.
A short distance from the station, the whole hotel experience was very good from registering to departure and the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant.
The staff was by far the best we experienced over our three week stay in Italy.
They went out of their way to help us, especially with resteraunt suggestions, and even made a special reservation for us the night before leaving - and we were treated like royalty.
Furthermore, when we complained about the fraudulent information given, they rudely told us to take our business elsewhere, despite the fact that we had confirmed reservations.
What they didn't say is that the shuttle operates for only 3 hours, from 7:00 a.
However, once there, we were informed that the "free shuttle" is offered only in the morning, a fact that they fail to disclose in their internet site.
