Exactly in the centre of the good end of Gstaad, the location is the best thing I liked about the hotel and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Excellent location and family oriented hotel.
One of the best location in Gstaad, nice clean hotel and the service was wonderful.
Fronted by large car park, good location and guided us well in planning our activities at Gstaad.
We rented a lovely two bedroom apartment at the top of the hotel for a good rate and the rooms are simple.
The staff were helpful, the owner was lovely and the gifts that used to be kept on the bed every night.
Nice en-suite bathroom, great food and lovely outdoor heated pool.
The hotel is fantastic and the suites also have free adsl internet in the room.
An excellent value for Gstaad, pleasant personnel and simple sporty homely rooms.
The one dinner we had in the restaurant was quite good at a very reasonable price.
The restaurants were good - they call them three different restaurants, but it's really just one in three compartments.
The stay included a delicious buffet breakfast - the best buffet I've had from a European hotel.
Lovely restaurant at the top of the lift, too.

Each room has a fantastic view of the mountains, fabulous meals in the hotel restaurant and staff at the reception more than very helpfull.
This hotel offered a very good package deal and service was pleasant.
Not too expensive for Gstaad and excellent service.
The beds are comfortable, the sauna is free and lovely restaurant at the top of the lift.
The owner was lovely, the bartender was great (although he struggled at making mixed drinks - ask him for Amaretto Sour or for something blue), housekeeping very good.
The chalet is walking distance to the Eggli lift.
