Overall it was nice and beautiful with magnificent views of the mountains.

The hotel has a marvellous and super location in a lovely area, close to all Gstaad, Saanen, and Rougemont areas. The bus stop nearby has frequent buses going to Les Diablerets and Gstaad Bahnhof, as well as Gstaad town center. The reasonably priced food in nearby restaurants, such as Restaurant Gstaaderhof, is a great bonus. The rooms are beautiful, with a view of a water stream, and the staff is very supportive.

The hotel has a stunning location close to Gstaad-Eggli. The room had a very comfy bed, with coffee/tea making machines, a seating area, and a work desk. The views of the mountains were perfect.

Comfortable stay for 4 nights. The room was a good size and had smoke detectors for safety. 👍

We were thrilled to find an exceptionally clean room with a beautiful view of the water stream. The hotel's secluded location near the Post Office was convenient. Additionally, Hotel Arc-En-Ciel was conveniently situated close to the center of Gstaad, a bus stop with frequent buses to Les Diablerets, and a restaurant.

This place was spotless and just perfect. The views of the mountains were breathtaking. We had a tasty dinner at a nice restaurant 🍽️. The location was very convenient, within walking distance of Eggli Ski Resort. It was situated in a cozy residential area.

all in all everything was spotless, had a really great stay with wonderful service. the room we had included an electric kettle, an individual safe, and a sofa bed. the staffs were extremely competent & courteous. the hotel restaurant was great for a late night italian dinner.

Had modern room with private bathroom and multi-channel TV, a seating area, and a study table. This hotel was set in a secluded area just off Switzerland, the downtown and the main promenade...

Magnificent and wonderful position, we loved staying here.

The room was very super comfy, exceptionally comfortable bed. An electric kettle, an oven, and a stovetop were available in kitchenette. Location: the hotel was close to the mountains around, the centre and fantastic hikes. Also, it was at a medium distance from Gstaad-Bodme.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, very close to the ski areas and the town center of Gstaad. I enjoyed having lunch and dinner at Restaurant Gstaaderhof, which was conveniently located near the hotel. My apartment was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe.

The breakfast served was great, everything you could wish for, with hot food like eggs and sausage. The comfort double room was new-fashioned with toiletries and bathtub. The location seemed lovely and amazing to the main station for access to other ski areas.

The bed was too soft, unfortunately.

The location is excellent, right next to the festival area and ski lifts. The staff is friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. The restaurant has a good selection of food. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities. The sauna room is fantastic.
