I agree with other reviewers that this is a very nice hotel -- a great value for the money.

Very nice welness area, excellent hotel and perfect price / performance ratio.

Some of the big positives: good location for business trip / city visit and hotel staff is freindly.

Great location, magnificent modern hotel and the standard of service was superb.

It is such a shame because the hotel itself is really beautiful, the rooms are great, the location is great for a business trip, the breakfast (although only plain coffee) excellent.

Tram number 17 goes directly from the main square to Prescko, a few minutes walk from the hotel.

My room was nice,tidy and I really liked the bathroom - so clean.

The beds could have been softer but the rooms were pleasant.

Even this Hotel is more like for business people is very pleasant, the rooms are very luxurious and comfortable.

Hotel was very good, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room we stayed in was lovely.

The bathroom was huge, the food was a very high standard and as Americans we were very happy.

I would definitley recommend the Italian food restaurant "Gabrijela" at the ground floor and Vertigo bar on the 8th floor.

Nice Vertigo Bar, excellent breakfast and huge choice.

The staff of the bar is very professional.

Breakfast was great and the spa everybody was very very nice.

Additional good points: excellent breakfast, complimentary W-LAN internet access and a shopping center next door.

I had an excellent stay in a very big room, front desk staff were great.

Zagreb had just experienced unusually warm temperatures, front desk staff were very helpful.

Very kind staff and competent and helpfull employees.

Very nice hotel and the service they provided was also good.

The Spa is perfect after a long work day.

Indoor pool is also great I enjoyed there.

There is also a gym which is not advertised on their website and was always empty.

Moreover the room was VERY clean and nice.

    Very comfortable hotel a bit outside from Zagreb, reception + bellman very friendly and the sauna is good one of the two rain showers were broken. The staff of the bar is very professional.

    My 4th stay in as many months, excellent staff and free internet in the room. Also the delicious breakfast.

    Ugly view through window and the swimming pool is quite small.
