The location was great, she was the friendliest amongst all the staff in the hotel and helpful, the price was high 195.

The location is perfect; close to the mall but far away enough to not have a noise issue.
An ordinary taxi to the hotel will cost you around 30 euro whereas the airport transfer organised by the hotel cost 60 euro.
Taxi stand is around the corner so you dont have to book one to get to the airport.
Our 1st room had water damage on the bathroom ceiling and the staff was very accomodating and nice to help us switch rooms late at night (11pm) in a 'fully' booked hotel.
The room was clean,the bed and towels changed each day and the breakfast was plentiful.
It was a very clean room with very soft bed linen.
The rooms were far too small, one pillow per bed not exceptable, bed were absolutely tiny.
Then I discovered that my room had the bed broken and was full of little bugs.
Restaurants are near in order to have your morning coffee or breakfast.

The reception desk booked a private chauffeur service which cost 50% more than a normal taxi.
The lobby was always crowded, tour buses outside the front door, elevators always busy.
It seems to be popular with large groups on packaged tours, which can cause the lobby to be a bit noisy and chaotic.
The elevators are somewhat narrow and the waits can be long if you happen to be coming or going when a large group is checking in or out.
Good things: location (underground station just opposite the hotel / Linie U4), breakfast (fresh and various), clean rooms;.
