Lovely and amazing location just next door to shops, restaurants and bars and a public beach with shops, restaurants and bars, early check-in. Also, in all activities.

Good looking room, big bathroom with a bathtub. Amazing views of the sunrise all around. Favourable location next to the two restaurants and all those beaches and the Puerto Plata. Again, walking distance to Gran Ventana Beach Resort.

Beds were a little hard.

Breakfast was inclusive, we loved the location of the place.

The room was beautifully decorated with table tennis and balcony, for example, everything was really good. The hotel had absolutely perfect and excellent location near Dominican Republic, the 27 Waterfalls of Rio Damajagua, the best adventure tourism site in the Dominican Republic, and which was breathtaking.

The location was unbeatable, near Hibiscus restaurant, with an incredible view. The room was very comfortable, comfy bed. The daily service was excellent.

The value for our money was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable with the best bed and pillows I've experienced. The location was perfect, right by the beach, and the staff treated us like family with their friendly and helpful nature.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety to make it even better.

The automatic blocking of the key of the room, I had the need to go twice to the lobby and then withdraw my belongings and also that the weekends do not have invoice with fiscal value, so they must send the invoice to the mail, which I still hope.

Best aspects of our stay were the clean and well-maintained rooms, with a balcony offering a great view. The location of the resort was also fantastic, with a beautiful beach and easy access to nearby reefs for snorkeling. Additionally, the food at the buffet was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.

Worst aspects of our stay were the lack of evening entertainment options. The resort did not have an amphitheater for shows and the evening activities were limited to a small stage in an enclosed room.

Great choice for trip. Inclusive breakfast with juices and a wonderful view, as example - well worth the money.

The incredible view

In the restaurant the service of the waiters is very bad, very little attention, a lot of time for them to take care of you.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beach and pool areas. The location was convenient, close to everything and offering beautiful views of the ocean. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I made a late check and moved to another suite, very comfortable by the way but I think it was not necessary. I also understand that it is hotel policy

I did not like that the rate that we agreed was not the same and that is a deception, the problem as they have it you have so I suggest you put that you have to pay an additional of more than 50 dollars, if I had not more money I stay on the street, and I saw a couple who for this very reason had to retire because they did not have to pay their additional.

The mishandling that you did with the tariff is not good as it creates a lot of emotional and economic malaise.
